• 7 June - Islwyn - Penalta Parc, Ystrad Mynach
• 28 June Griffithstown
• 19 July Caerleon - Meet at Caerleon College Sports Centre before 7.15pm NEW COURSE & VENUE
• 16 August - Parc Bryn Bach

The Cross Country Series 2010-2011 prizes will be presented following the first race, in the bar at Chepstow Leisure Centre.

As last year, there will be a prize for the overall winning female and male - based on all 10 races. (5 Cross Country & 5 Road Races).
