well-established running club in South Wales. |

Training.The Training Schedule is designed to compliment member's own training, and states what is planned for Club nights. Updates: Cardiff Half Marathon Results (Members Only) Cardiff Half Full Results (exel file) Chepstown Leisure League Results Congratulations to Emma Bayliss for representing Wales in the Commonwealth Championships in Snowdon on 24th September. The Welsh Team won a bronze medal. Well Done Emma! Helen Desmond has been fortunate to be awarded a London Marathon place in the ballot., and Julie Davies has a 'Best for Age' place. We wish you both lots of luck.

Sunday 13 May 2012Results - 2011If you enjoy a challenging run, this is the one for you. A 10k road race held in memory of one of our members, Richard Davies. The route follows a circular course around Sorbrook, Llandegveth Reservoir and New Inn. Full details are on the Sorbrook Challenge Race Page.

Boxing Day Fancy Dress 5 Mile Fun Run
Our informal atmosphere for this race makes it a popular event enjoyed by many every year. A two lap course around Croesyceiliog and Llanyrafon. Prizes for the first man and first lady home, best fancy dress prize, and many spot prizes.
